Day-to-day operations are managed by a professional team and supported by a global network of skilled leaders. This operational model ensures that GCDA remains agile, evidence-driven, and partnership-focused—delivering interventions that are impactful and sustainable.

Recruiting experienced senior public financial management professionals, including individuals with a strong interest in contributing to development efforts across the continent.

Facilitating high-level consultations and strategic partnerships with governments and their embassies, U.S. federal and local government entities, and international stakeholders to promote GCDA’s goals and expand our reach.

Securing funding and resources from development agencies, governments, and private sector partners to support organizational operations, cover volunteer deployment costs, and ensure the sustainability of programs.
